Terms of Service

Please read carefully before requesting a commission.

I. General Terms

By proceeding with a commission, you automatically agree to all terms stated below. I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my discretion without requiring a reason.

  • Clear visual references must be provided (images, mood boards, or highly detailed descriptions).
  • I will not draw explicit NSFW, extreme gore, or hateful imagery.
  • Communication will primarily take place via Discord or Email.

II. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely via PayPal in USD. Work will not commence until the initial payment has been cleared.

Platform Fee Notice: An additional 8% platform fee will be applied to the total cost of all commissions at checkout to cover processing and transfer rates.
  • Commissions under $50 must be paid 100% upfront.
  • Commissions over $50 can be paid in a 50/50 split (50% upfront to secure the slot, 50% after the final watermarked preview is approved).

III. Process & Workflow

My artistic workflow is divided into specific phases to ensure you are satisfied with the direction of the piece.

  1. Sketching: I will provide an initial sketch based on your prompt.
  2. Lineart & Flat Colors: Once the sketch is approved, I move to clean lines and base colors.
  3. Rendering: Final shading, lighting, and detailing are applied.

You will receive watermarked work-in-progress (WIP) shots at the end of each major phase for your review.

IV. Revisions & Edits

To keep the timeline efficient, revisions are structured around the WIP phases.

  • Sketch Phase: Up to 3 major structural changes (pose, outfit, expression) are free.
  • Color Phase: Minor color tweaks are free. Structural changes at this stage will incur a fee.
  • Render Phase: Only minor, final polish edits are permitted.
  • Any edits required due to my own oversight regarding your initial prompt are always free.

V. Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital art is custom labor, refunds are strictly conditional based on the progress of the commission.

  • 100% Refund: If I have not started the sketch or if I must cancel the commission myself.
  • 50% Refund: If the sketch has been completed and approved, but you wish to cancel before rendering begins.
  • No Refunds: Once the piece reaches the final rendering stage or has been completed.

VI. Copyright & Usage

I retain the copyright to all created artwork. You are purchasing the right to use the art.

  • Personal Use: Standard commissions are for personal use only (PFPs, private campaigns, personal printing). You may not use the art for cryptocurrency (NFTs) or AI training.
  • Commercial Use: If the art will be used to generate revenue (merchandise, monetized stream assets, promotional branding), a commercial rights fee (+50% to 100% of base price) must be discussed and applied upfront.
  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned work in my portfolio, on social media, and use it as examples unless a privacy agreement is negotiated prior to starting.
